Shipping policy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once your order has been shipped and handed over to USPS, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
If you experience any issues with your shipment including delays, lost packages, or tracking updates please contact your local USPS directly for assistance. Once the package is in USPS possession, we no longer have control over the shipment process and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
